Export and shipping

We ship from Kayseri in central Türkiye, by road across Europe, the Caucasus and the Middle East, and in containers through Turkish ports. This page explains how packing, loading, delivery terms and documents work, so your first order holds no surprises.

Packing

Every cabinet leaves fully assembled, in its own carton with multi-layer protective packaging. The wall plugs and screws are inside, so there is nothing to source locally.

Cartons are slim because the cabinets are only 15 cm deep. We send carton sizes for every model with the quote, so you can plan warehouse space and the loading of your own deliveries.

Loads

  • Part load

A few pallets travelling with other goods (groupage). Good for a trial order or a top-up.

  • Full truck

A 13.6 m trailer loaded only with your order, palletised or floor-loaded to fit more units.

  • Container

20′, 40′ or 40′ high-cube containers through Turkish ports such as Mersin, for overseas destinations.

  • Models, colours and lockable versions can be mixed in any load. Our quote includes a loading plan that shows how many units fit.

Delivery terms

FCA Kayseri
Our default. We clear the goods for export and load them onto the truck your forwarder sends to our warehouse. Risk passes to you once loaded.
EXW Kayseri
The goods are made available at our warehouse. Usually less practical for buyers abroad, since the buyer’s side must handle Turkish export formalities.
CPT (named place)
We pay the carriage to a port, border point or terminal you name. Risk passes when the goods are handed to the first carrier.
DAP (your warehouse)
We arrange road freight to your address. Import clearance, duties and taxes in your country stay with you.

Documents

  • Commercial invoice and packing list

With every shipment, listing models, quantities, cartons and weights.

  • Origin and movement documents

Depending on your country, for example an A.TR movement certificate for the EU customs union, an origin statement for the UK, or a chamber of commerce certificate of origin.

  • Country-specific requirements

Some markets ask for additional certificates or registrations for each shipment. Tell us your country and we confirm what applies in the quote.

Payment and lead time

Payment is by international bank transfer. The payment terms, the loading date and the validity of the prices are written in the proforma invoice that comes with our quote.

Lead time depends on the models, quantity and colours. Standard colours are prepared faster than custom colour runs; we confirm the date before you pay.

If your market needs test reports, specific labels or instructions in your language, tell us in your request and we will answer what we can provide.
