How an export order works
We quote FCA Kayseri by default and delivered prices on request. Export and shipping details
- 1Send your listModels, quantities, your country and the delivery terms you prefer. A rough idea is enough to start.
- 2Get the quotePrices per model, FCA Kayseri or delivered, with lead time, carton sizes and a loading plan, within one business day.
- 3Confirm the proformaPayment terms and the delivery date are written in the proforma invoice.
- 4Preparation and loadingEach cabinet is packed in its own carton and loaded palletised or floor-loaded, as your warehouse prefers.
- 5Documents and dispatchCommercial invoice, packing list and the origin documents your customs needs travel with the load.
Questions buyers ask
Who do you supply?
Importers and distributors, furniture and home retailers, online sellers and project buyers such as residential buildings, hotels, mosques and schools. We sell the same range across Türkiye online and to building managers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Wholesale pricing starts at 10 units and you can mix models and colours in one order. For export we recommend at least a few pallets or a full truck, so that freight per unit stays low; your quote shows the price for the quantity you ask for.
Can we start with a trial order?
Yes. Mention it in your request and we will quote a small mixed shipment and the most economical way to send it.
Can you make custom colours or private label?
Details such as the wood-effect strip or the top shelf colour can be changed for larger orders, and the body colour range is white, anthracite, black and brown-cream. Logo or private-label packaging requests are evaluated per project; describe what you need in the form.
How are the cabinets packed?
Every cabinet leaves fully assembled in its own protective carton, with wall plugs and screws inside. Your customer only fixes it to the wall. We load palletised or floor-loaded, as your warehouse prefers.
Which delivery terms do you offer?
We quote FCA Kayseri by default: the goods are export-cleared and loaded onto your forwarder’s truck in Kayseri. On request we also quote a delivered price to your warehouse (DAP) or to a port or border point by road freight. Container loads can be shipped through Turkish ports such as Mersin.
What is the lead time?
It depends on models, quantity and colours, so we confirm it in your quote. Standard colours are prepared faster than custom colour runs.
Which export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment, plus the origin or movement certificate your customs needs, which we arrange through a licensed customs broker in Türkiye.
How does payment work?
By international bank transfer. Payment terms are written in the proforma invoice that comes with our quote.
Can the cabinets stand outdoors?
They are made for indoor use and covered areas such as entrances, corridors and stairwells. They are not designed for direct rain or permanent outdoor exposure.
